Benefits
* Strengthens the spine and lower back.
* Opens the chest and improves lung capacity.
* Stimulates blood circulation and helps reduce fatigue.
* Reduces stress and anxiety, promoting mental calmness.
* Strengthens the muscles of the heart region, thighs, and buttocks.
How Long Should You Do It?
* Hold the pose for 10β12 seconds.
* Repeat 3β4 times.
Who Should Avoid It?
* People with severe neck, back, or lower-back pain.
* People with uncontrolled high blood pressure.
* Those recovering from hernia or abdominal surgery.
* Pregnant women (especially during the second and third trimester).
* People who experience dizziness.
* Heart patients (unless advised by a doctor).
Note
* Practice this pose on an empty stomach.
* Increase the duration and intensity gradually with regular practice.
