Manthan was set up in 1996 in Ahmedabad. The key areas are training, development and counselling. Individual counseling is also a core activity at Manthan.

Manthan Centre for Human Development, Ahmedabad is engaged in organizational, institutional and social interventions. The key areas for organizations are OD Intervention, Training, Psychometric Assessment, Systems Review and Implementation. At the institutional level, the activities are in areas of Career Guidance, Developmental workshops and Soft Skill courses for students.
