Growing up we have all learned the importance of having curd, kanji, fermented rice, pickles and other fermented foods
Yakult India conducted an informative session for yoga enthusiasts at our yoga studio.
The session included information about digestive system, enzymes, different kinds of probiotics and how probiotics help to keep gut clean and healthy.

Itβs uncommon to find an individual being so interested in yoga that too when they are in a new town for a span of few months! π₯°
Yasmeen being a bright student visited Ahmedabad for her summer training at the prestigious IIM-A and even with hectic schedules she managed to show up for yoga class π
Younger individuals are often typecasted as lazy and carefree but thatβs not true; they are aware of their mental and physical health and often try harder to improve upon themselves π

As a working professional you need extra care for your body
Itβs more important for you to move the right way in order not to strain the muscle yet work on it to strengthen it up π«
Here are a few yoga poses for those who sit for long duration at work :-
Utkatasana : The Chair Pose is a wonderful yoga pose to impart strength to the glutes and quads. We normally sit in weird positions which put pressure on these muscles causing back pain or sciatica pain. Hence doing the chair yoga pose will help to make these muscles strong and firm
2) Adhomukhshvanasana : The Downward Facing Dog Pose is excellent to take off weight from the shoulders and works wonders for stiff back caused due to incorrect posture
3) Ananada balansana: The Happy Baby Yoga Pose is an amazing hip opener; long day at work can cause clogging of creativity and most times makes you feel low hence the happy baby pose of yoga will help to relieve stress clogged and let the creativity flow
4) Uttanpadasana : Legs Up is a boon for those who sit and work for long hours. Hanging legs cause vericose veins and pain in legs hence this yoga pose helps to reduce them.
Yoga for working professionals need to be special and to be done daily.
