Gaga Movement Language גאגא שפת תנועה The language of Gaga originated from the belief in the healing, dynamic, ever-changing power of movement.

Gaga is a new way of gaining knowledge and self-awareness through your body. Gaga provides a framework for discovering and strengthening your body and adding flexibility, stamina, and agility while lightening the senses and imagination. Gaga raises awareness of physical weaknesses, awakens numb areas, exposes physical fixations, and offers ways for their elimination. The work improves instinctive

movement and connects conscious and unconscious movement, and it allows for an experience of freedom and pleasure in a simple way, in a pleasant space, in comfortable clothes, accompanied by music, each person with himself and others.



גאגא מציעה דרך לחזק את הגוף, לשכלל את הגמישות, הזריזות, היעילות ולהעיר את החושים והדמיון. גאגא מפתחת מודעות לחולשות גופניות, מעירה מקומות מנוונים, חושפת את הקיבועים הפיזיים ומציעה דרכים לביטולם. העבודה משכללת את התנועה האינסטינקטיבית ומחברת את החלטות התנועה המודעת. גאגא מאפשרת חוויה של חופש ותענוג בדרך פשוטה, במרחב נעים, בבגדים נוחים ובליווי מוסיקה, כל אחד לעצמו ועם אחרים.

GagaEden begins in 1 month—and only a few places remain. 🍂

This October, we return to the hills of Monferrato, Italy, for four days of dancing, sensing, researching, resting and discovering together.

Led by Noa Zuk and Ian Robinson, alongside Gaga’s originator, OHAD NAHARIN, GagaEden brings together daily Gaga classes, shared conversations, nourishing meals and generous time to enjoy the extraordinary surroundings of Orsolina28.

Studios open onto vineyards. Geodesic domes nestle into the landscape. There is time to swim, wander, rest, share meals, meet fellow movers and return each day to the pleasure and curiosity of movement.

Your body is sending signals all the time. What changes when we learn to recognize them?

Join Gaga’s artistic director, Saar Harari, together with brain researcher Michal Dobrovinsky, for a unique online experience exploring the connection between Gaga, sensory awareness, and the body-brain dialogue.
