For many years, I have been “corrected” by wonderful teachers who tried to help me reach that pose, that stretch, that movement...looking back now, I guess those demands were too much for my body. It just wasn’t ready.

It took me few years to realize I already had all the tools (thanks to all my teachers ❤️) to be healthy, fit and happy.
All I needed was guidance 😊

My dear friend Aleksandra, an amazing instructor introduced me to my dearest mentor and together with & the team of Namaha I was able to feel & experience the true meaning of guidance, which I proudly transmit to my clients ❤️
