You'd think the circus coach's kid would just naturally grow up to be a circus girl.

It wasn't that simple.

There were times it got so hard she almost quit.

She kept showing up anyway.

2017: dancing on a hammock in our living room.
2026: performing on the Eilat boardwalk.

That's what 9 years of not giving up looks like.

The difference was never talent. It was sticking with it.

Every "after" video starts with a first class.

Registration for this season closes at the end of October.

She came to me at six years old, with a leg that had just healed from a break. Still weak. We started anyway.

A few years later she moved into aerial silks — and couldn't hold her own grip.

I didn't tell her she wasn't strong enough. I grabbed her hands and held them there myself. For a whole year. Until the day she held on alone.

Today she's sixteen. Flexible, strong, still training.

I don't measure kids by what they can do on day one. Nobody knows what they're capable of yet — including them. All they need is a place to find out.

Comment 👏 if you believe every kid deserves that kind of patience.

In 2004, I found my people.

They were sporty - clowns and hyperactive - performers. Finally, my community.

Years later I moved to Eilat. In 2015 I opened aerial silks classes — not because I saw a need, or thought there were more people like me. I tried other things first. Nothing else fit.

And I wanted my daughter to know this world too.

10 years later, we're still growing. This is our circus home.

Comment "ME TOO" if you found your people later than you expected 👇

Season opener combo — steal this one 👇

Not technically hard. Not flexibility-heavy. Just a completely new way to think about moving through the tissue.

That's exactly why I opened the season with it — advanced class, first class back after the break, and everyone needed a win that felt fresh without needing to be "in shape" yet.

Full breakdown in the video — my students picked it up first try, no surprise there.

Credit where it's due: this combo came from Dganit at Topline Netanya. If you coach silks in Israel and don't follow her yet, fix that.

Coaches — what's your go-to "easy but fun" opener after a break? Drop it below.

Google Photos gave my instructor Sol the "best smile" award. I'm not arguing with it.

Look at this. That's not a performance smile. That's real joy.

Sol worked hard on this number — and you can tell exactly how hard by watching her face. Because here's the thing about hard tricks: anyone can grit through them. Not everyone can smile through them.

That's the level you're actually chasing. Not just landing the trick. Landing it and looking like you're having the time of your life.

Proud of you, Sol.

New pose I'm testing for hoop photo shoots. What do you think?

It looks like it's defying gravity. It's not. I'm actively holding on, pushing myself up, and relying on the tape on the bar to stay put.

I tried it on a hoop with no tape first. Didn't work.

So two questions for the hoop people: is this making your next photo shoot list? And has anyone gotten this to hold without tape?

Behind every "perfect" aerial photo is a whole process you don't see.

We throw the fabric — huge, full-force — and catch it mid-fall, right as it drapes behind the performer.

That split second is the shot.

Any tips for how you like to "get the shot"?

You've seen this partner pose — girl in the middle split, flyer sitting on the base below her — and wondered how she even gets up there.

Here's how.

If the bottom hammock is too high to just step a leg on and sit, you pull over into it instead. Roll around, and sit like a queen.

Two tips if you're the one basing:

Hold those fabrics tight. If they slip and her weight pulls down, you're getting a deep stretch in your middle split that you did not sign up for.

And keep the X on your back low, not high — high X on this pose is how you end up with lower back pain.

Great one for a photoshoot. Even better one for testing trust between partners.

Tag your basing partner who'd survive this pose with you 👇

Look at them go. 👏

From hammock to tissue, learning to lock in on their feet, and already dropping into these mini splits — this young team is leveling up fast.

This is what progress looks like.

Want to see it for yourself? Our open house is August 27th at our studio in Eilat — and it only happens once a year.

Don't miss your shot to sign up for next season. Send me a DM for details.
