This year has been full of surprises, mixed emotions and hard work which is steadily proving to be worth it. One more year means more goals to be achieved.

Our training clinic in Aarhus came to an end, turning out super successful improving a lot day by day in these harsh but beautiful conditions! We are going to continue with the second part of our training here in a few months in light of the Sailing World Championship in July!!
A huge thank you to for providing me with his equipment, accommodation and being a good rival on the water!!

Some of our Physical training before going sailing today, keeping it down to 2hours on the water since we couldn’t feel our hands and feet after some time due to the cold, but overall today’s program turned out great. 6 more to go!! 🇩🇰⛵️💪
