Yellow Furze Road Club was formed in 2012 and is a leisure-based Cycling Club in East Meath, affiliated with Cycling Ireland. We are located around the village of Yellow Furze, approx. 6 Km east of Navan, and approx. 4 Km south of Slane, and cover the parishes of Beauparc and Kentstown. For the 2022 season, we have over 50 registered members, both men & women, and our club is primarily aimed at the enjoyment of cycling at all levels by all members - whether you are a casual cyclist, or an experienced cyclist training for forthcoming sportive events, or if you are interested in starting cycling for the first time. The club is growing fast and caters for all cycling levels both experienced and new, and was represented by members in many cycling sportive events around the country (e.g. SOSAD Cycle, Ring of Kerry, An Post Meath Heritage Cycle, Cycle4Life, Wicklow 200, Nicolas Roche Summer Classic, etc.).
