SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA WORKSHOP
Date: Sunday 28th June
Time: 10am - 12pm
Venue: Mynd on the Albert Walk, Bray
Cost: €40
In this workshop we will look at the energy of summer from various different aspects:
☀️Opening up the heart and solar plexus to celebrate the energy of the sun
☀️Heating & cooling breathing techniques
☀️Sun salutations to honour the energy of the sun
☀️Calming and resting to ensure balance
The workshop will be start with slower yin and restorative poses to open up the body, followed by more dynamic Sun Salutations and finishing with a calming and grounding practice.
As always, the practice will be peppered with some seasonal wisdom and poetry to enhance the experience.
