With over 30 years teaching locally we are Wicklow's longest running Martial Arts and Self Defence Club. Fully qualified Internationally recognised Black Belt Instructors, we are very experienced in bringing the art of Karate to children of all ages.

Our camps introduce children to the true benefits of Karate training and we help develop strong, focused students who take the lessons learned from the training hall into their lives.

Self Defence Wicklow are delighted to be bringing this course to our community. We have experienced, fully qualified instructors so you can.be sure that you are being taught highly effective skills in a safe and professional environment. !

WOMEN ONLY SELF DEFENCE
A women's only self defence course will commence shortly at St Brigid's Hall Rathnew. This will be an opportunity to learn highly effective self protection skills from a fully qualified ,experienced, high level instructor. These, easily learnt skills are very quickly assimilated into the body's nervous system and subconscious mind. No previous experience or fitness level required. Open to all
