The Lungs are associated with grief, sadness and melancholy. We can use the meridian to move emotions and help us feel better! LU-10, (Yu Ji) 魚際 “Fish Border” is located on the palm, below the thumb, in the middle of the bulky area of the palm. Use your opposite thumb to stimulate it or the pointy edge of your gua sha tool. What does Lung 10 help with? - Emotionally: melancholy, sadness, and grief. - Physically: cough, sore throat, loss of voice, fever, symptoms of Lung heat. This point benefits the throat.
