I think it's because I don't believe every person needs the same thing.

My practice is intuitive, holistic and person-led. I don't want to force your body into a set routine. I want to listen, notice and respond to what feels needed in the session.

Buuuuuut there's only so much convincing I can do. You need to experience a session for yourself.
