We can’t wait to welcome our gymnasts to Synergy Gymnastics! 💜
To help everyone arrive comfortable and ready for their class:
💗 Girls: A leotard with shorts or leggings
💜 Boys: A T-shirt and shorts
✨ Long hair must be tied back
💧 Remember to bring a drink
Most importantly, come ready to have fun! Our coaches will help everyone settle in and feel welcome especially those joining us for their very first class. 🤸♀️

Our Saturday Rec 1 class has officially reached capacity and spaces in our remaining classes are now filling quickly!
If your child has been asking to try gymnastics, don’t wait until their preferred class is gone. Once a class reaches capacity, bookings will close and we may not be able to offer additional places.

We have classes to suit all ages and abilities from children trying gymnastics for the very first time to experienced gymnasts ready for their next exciting challenge. New members are always very welcome! 💙🩷
Gymnastics is a fantastic way for children to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and confidence. They’ll learn brilliant new skills, make friends and most importantly, have so much fun every week!
