Middle Room-last Thursday 🥰

Last Friday's Leaving Assembly in pictures.
We celebrated achieving another Green Schools Flag, our 8th. The Middle Room put on a little play to raise awareness about the importance of leaving no trace and keeping our beaches clean.
We had drumming with Raphael Dziubinski, dancing with Bernadine Cresham-Ball and singing accompanied by in-house musicians Oskar and Max.
The school year was celebrated with a slideshow looking back over events of the year and 6th class were celebrated with a slideshow of them as they have grown and changed through the years with us since Junior Infants 🥰.
Each of the 6th class children was given a precious book with these picture memories in it.
Inspired by our recent school day at the beach, Mrs Brickenden likened the class to a wonderful rockpool teeming with life, so full of variety and special adaptations just like the children with their unique talents and personalities.
And finally there was cake! Chocolate biscuit cake and tea served by the children to their parents.
We wish all our children a safe and happy summer, and in addition we wish our 6th class leavers every good fortune as they begin the next step in their life's journey.
