đSave this post! Finally my timetable for September is here. A change to my group mat classes for times and location due to renovations in the tennis club. Barre classes are gone for now but I hope will be back in October. All mat classes will be Level 1 - so suitable for all so long as you have no injuries.
Semi-private and Private classes - in these classes we use a variety of equipment, mat, reformer, tower, small barrel, spine corrector, Wunda Chair. Semi-private are 4 person classes, great to really experience the classical Pilates equipment. Private classes are great if you are injured or totally new to Pilates. Both of these classes require booking directly with me and a 24hr cancellation policy is required if not, you forfeit your class and the cost of that class.
If youâre looking for real pilates, this is where you come to.

Iâm sure this will be an unpopular opinion but have a read and understand to WHY I think pregnancy is NOT the time to START PilatesâŠ.
Pregnancy isnât a condition. Itâs normal. Itâs natural. So why do so many women only try Pilates once theyâre expecting?
Pilates is amazing during pregnancy. But only if you already know your body and know the exercises.
If itâs brand new to you, I really believe pregnancy is not the time to learn it, which is why I chose to stop teaching Prenatal Pilates. I get constant emails from girls wanting to start Pilates since they have become pregnantâŠ..but why now? You want to learn new exercises while your body is changingâŠ..too much too soon or too late infact!
Donât change your exercise routine, keep it as it is and just modify it as you need but donât start something new.
Instead, Start Pilates now â whenever ânowâ is . Learn the exercises, learn how it feels in your body. Then when pregnancy comes, youâre not starting something new. Youâre just adapting what you already know.
So if your planning for the future, start your Pilates now and your body will thank you for it!
