Congratulations to James Clohessy, achieving his 2nd degree blackbelt at the Irish National Taekwon-Do Association grading today in Dublin

Great Day out Saturday for Tallow Taekwon-Do Academy students who competed in Fermoy friendly competition.
With 30 students representing the club there was a total of 19 medals coming home.
