Class Timetable for September & October 2026

All classes FREE for members & only €10 for Non Members

We will be completing some important upgrades to the building and will need to shut the gym completely from 7.45am - 9.15am on Friday 14th August.

Massive shout out and best of luck to Kyle Walsh Gahan and Jennifer Lodge who travel to the UK this weekend to step on stage for the first time.

Both have worked incredibly hard over the past few months and now have the chance to show off this hard work on stage.

Our own Luke and Katie will be travelling with them to lend support and coaching respectively. Kyle and Jenn have become more than just members over the past few years and have become friends with many of the staff and customers of Xtreme (not to mention how many times Kyle has helped us out with emergency plumbing issues over the years!)

New Summer Class Timetable starts next week!

Classes will begin on Tuesday 2nd June (as Monday is a Bank Holiday) and run throughout June, July & August.

& are coming together to take on Hell & Back this June.

We have a small number of places available (at a discounted price) for any members that want to do the 8km Hell & Back race.

We are hoping to get members and staff involved in this great event and make a day of it!

Calibrated Plates have arrived at Xtreme Waterford

We are delighted to be able to share that we have just received a full delivery of Primal Calibrated Plates.

These plates will be a major addition and benefit to our growing powerlifting community.

THESE PLATES WERE PURCHASED FOR USE IN THE SQUAT AND DEADLIFT AREA ONLY.

PLEASE;
DO NOT REMOVE THEM FROM THE RACKS AREA

DO NOT USE THEM ON A MACHINE, SLED OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON OTHER THAN SQUATS & DEADLIFTS.

Also be careful when handling the Calibrated Plates, they are slick, dense and don't have as much grip as our standard plates.
