In a world of six-step morning routines, ice baths and biohacking, it's easy to get completely lost…
And to convince yourself that living better has to be complicated.
It doesn't.
Here's what I actually do, day to day, to keep myself right 🤝
Walk.
Laugh.
Sweat for the head, not just the body.
Eat food that's close to how it comes out of the ground.
And switch off properly at the end of it.
That's it. None of it's clever. None of it's new.
But here's the honest bit — knowing these five things was never the hard part.
The doing, not the knowing. That's the differentiator 🐺
You know where I am 🙏

You’ve read all the mindset advice..
You can read every book, listen to every podcast, understand exactly why you are the way you are…
and still feel like nothing’s actually changed.
I’ve spent years studying the mind as closely as I’ve ever studied training. And that right there is the hardest thing I’ve had to learn…
You cannot think your way out of it.
Insight alone doesn’t shift how you feel. Real change happens in the body — through movement, repetition, safety, and the way you speak to yourself when you think you should be doing better.
That’s the whole reason I coach the head and the body together. One was never going to work without the other.
These are the 15 biggest things I’ve learned so far.
Have a read. Take your time with them.
And if one lands a little too close to home, that’s usually the one worth sitting with 🐺
Save this one. You’ll want to come back to it 🙏

The weight loss tips nobody really talks about 👨🏫
Summer's on its way out now.
And you're about to hear a lot of coaches banging on about "getting back on it" before the winter sets in.
A lot of them will lean into the whole "no excuses" thing.
And unfortunately, a lot of good people are going to put themselves through hell trying to undo a summer of enjoying themselves.
So consider this your reminder…
You don't have to do that 💚
There are far more important things than punishing yourself to drop as much weight as possible, as fast as possible.
But here's the good bit — done the right way, you can actually look AND feel better heading into the back end of the year.
Take it one day at a time.
Some of those days won't be perfect. And that's completely grand.
Aim to be consistently good, not occasionally perfect.
Do that, and you'll get there. Every time.
And whatever you do…
Don't put yourself through anything you'd never let a friend or someone you love go through ❤️

4 Weeks out from her photoshoot and first show. The kid is absolutely smashing it 🤜🏻🤛🏻
I stepped in at the last minute on this prep ( 6 weeks ago ) to help Aimee navigate towards a different outcome. So far, so good. AIMEE LOUISE | COACH is in her best condition to date and has never looked so lean, hard and strong 💪🏼
It’s always a gift to help someone achieve something that means so much to them. In fact, it’s the extraordinary motive behind my job that the eye cannot see. It’s what makes it special 💫
See, dreams and aspirations belong to those who demand a better future for themselves and there’s something very powerful about that, so to play even a small part in helping someone achieve theirs has an extremely positive influence on my own life too giving me a sense of purpose and motivation 🙏🏻⚡️✨
This goal is bigger than her right now, bigger than anything she’d ever attempted. Nothing is over, there’s zero room for error and there is a demand for more improvements. It sounds like a lot of pressure right? But big goals aren’t accomplished in comfort and no better woman to find strength when things get dark ✊🏻
The work continues, the girl digs deep and the dream gets closer with every step she refuses to surrender 🙅🏼♀️
