Wow, after a few short weeks, we are back in action!!

Our clubs opening Fixture is U14 Boys away to Kiltullagh in the Championship 2. This is a big step for this team after winning Division 1, they face Kiltullagh who played in Championship 1 last year.

Sunday is a busy day with three games, one at home and two away. Follow our SM to see results, or go the www.kilshanveyutd.ie for results.

The wait is almost over… ⚽️
The 2026/27 Galway Football Association season gets underway this weekend, with U14, U16 and U18 boys and girls teams from right across Galway City and County ready to take to the pitch.
The boots are polished.
The balls are ready.
The jerseys are laid out.
The training has been done.
Now comes the part everyone has been waiting for Match day. 🔥
For some, it will be the first step in a season they will never forget. For others, it’s another chance to compete, improve and represent their club with pride.
And at the start, everyone has the same points total.
Everyone is level. Everyone can dream. 🏆
Dream of winning the league.
Dream of reaching a cup final.
Dream of that last-minute winner.
Dream of lifting a trophy with teammates, family and friends cheering from the sideline.
From the City to the County, boys and girls will pull on their club colours this weekend and begin their journey.
Good luck to every player, coach, volunteer and family involved.
Play with pride. Play with passion. Enjoy every minute.

Very soon, these pitches will be full of kids again as the new Kilshanvey United season gets underway. 💙🤍All summer, the community pitch has been busy with football too.❤️💚
But there’s one very important piece still to finish…

The children filling these pitches this season will be the same children who will use the new Recreation Centre for changing, meeting, playing, socialising and making memories for years to come.

We are so close, but we urgently need to raise the remaining funds to get phase 1 of the Recreation Centre finished on time.

Really proud day for Kilshanvey Utd as two of our ladies were involved in today's Shield Final.

Tori Morrin played for Galway as they beat Shelbourne 2-1 to win and Riona Fallon was officiating as lines person. Well done both!!
