Happy International Womens Day 🙌...To all the women in our lives who do all the unseen tasks, who make the big moments magical and the hard ones bearable! To all our coaches, volunteers, Mom's, Aunties, Nannies we salute you all today! And to these incredible bunch, our U13 Girls - the future CEO's, Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Child Care Workers, SNA's, Mothers, Basketball Players, or whatever they choose - limitless opportunities await! But first they face Maree in their Cup Final on Saturday 21st at 10.15am.. let's bring some North County Galway noise to Corrandulla 👊👊🙌🙌

Women in Sport Week, and what an incredible group of women we have at Basketball Milltown.

From all our coaches who have gone above and beyond to lead our young athletes, right down to our mini U8's - we celebrate all of you this week 💪🔵🟠🔵🏀🏀

We are in complete awe at what has been achieved across all groups in our short four years as a club and the women involved play such a vital part of it all!

Champions are made in practice and all our girls are so dedicated, its incredible to witness and a privilege to be involved with them all

Attentions turn to our U12 Girls this coming Saturday, as they face St. Colms, Limerick in their Cup Semi Final. We wish all our athletes and theor coaches the very best.

U13 Girls V Claregalway Basketball Club in the Cup Semi Final. Huge support for all of our girls tonight.. Mom's, Dad's, Uncles, Aunts, Siblings and a few first cousins once removed, showed up tonight to support the team and the atmosphere was off the charts.

What a defensive performance from all our athletes tonight. They played their hearts out and we could not be more proud. The effort off the ball was the deciding factor against a really strong competitive Claregalway. Every single player work rate was insane!!!

Huge thank you to Nóilín, Tina and Ann Marie, the unseen work that had made this team what is it came to the fore this evening.

Onwards now to all Cup Final on the 22nd March 💪🙌..

Thanks to all who made tonight special, its what they will remember beyond the score board 👊🏀
