IN LOVING MEMORY OF TJ McDONNELL

Everyone at Trim Celtic AFC was deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of TJ McDonnell of Bohermeen Celtic FC.

TJ was clearly much more than a footballer to Bohermeen Celtic. A player who grew up with the club, a coach who gave his time to the next generation, a teammate, a friend and a much-loved member of their football family.

At times like this, club colours and rivalries mean very little. The football community is one family, and today our thoughts are firmly with everyone at Bohermeen Celtic FC.

We extend our deepest sympathies to TJ's parents Paul and Aisling, his brothers Ryan and Paul, his sisters Katie and Hollie-Rose, his extended family, friends, teammates, coaches and everyone whose life TJ touched.

To all at Bohermeen Celtic FC, please know that the entire Trim Celtic AFC community stands with you at this heartbreaking time.

This is a huge occasion for the players, management, everyone involved with the club — and for the town of Trim.

💚 IT’S A WRAP! 💚

What a weekend for Trim Celtic AFC.

From a brilliant Pub Quiz on Friday night, through Saturday’s Sponsored Marathon, and finishing today with our Family Fun Day, it’s been a fantastic few days around the club.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, helped out, supported the events and simply turned up when there was something to be done. 👏💚

Weekends like this take a serious amount of work behind the scenes, and thankfully there were plenty of willing hands when they were needed… some hands perhaps slightly more willing than others. 😉 We’ll leave that one there. 😂
