Today at 6 AM I said my final goodbyes to Irish land. I must say it feels unreal. Hard to belive that this is a goodbye to my house, that I spent past 11 years, to my friends and neighbours. Hard to believe that tomorrow I will wake up in a different bed in a different house, that I will from now on call Home.

Mindfull movement to wake your body, joint by joint. Your mind will feel inspired and energised for the day ahead.
My morning yoga classes are equally for those who have some existing practice and those who are at the beginning of the yoga journey.

As we approach the Summer Solstice ☀️, nature is reaching it's peak of light and abundance. How are you tending to your own inner light?
Join me for a brand new 5-weeks journey at Kielduff Community Centre- ILLUMINATING THE INNER SUN.
Thursday 21st May at 7.30 PM, we will use movement, breath, and yoga philosophy to build vitality, strenght, and deep rest just in time for the longest day in the year.
Week 1- IGNITING THE SPARK- setting personal intention for the Summer Solstice
Week 2- CULTIVATING VITALITY- empowering movement and breathing
Week 3- FINDING YOUR POWER CENTER- activating Solar Plexus Chakra
Week 4- EXPANSION AND RADIANCE- manifesting intentions and heart oppening practice
Week 5- THE SOLSTICE CELEBRATION - ritauals, yoga and deep yoga Nidra.
