Ready to build confidence in the water, improve your fitness, and learn a valuable life skill?

Join our 6-Week Adult Learn to Swim Programme designed specifically for men and women aged 55 and over. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your swimming ability, our friendly and experienced instructor will help you progress at your own pace in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.
