Yoga classes for 9-13 year olds starting Thursday 26th February for a 5 week block.
Classes are 45 minutes long and are a mixture of yoga poses, movement, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques in a non competitive environment.
No experience needed - just a yoga mat! Trial class available.
