This popular event takes place on Sunday 27th September at 12 noon. This event is open to all levels of fitness from athletes to joggers to walkers, all are welcome.

Gowran AC 4 Mile – 4th September
This very popular race takes place on Friday 4th September at 7pm. It also incorporates the County Kilkenny 4 Mile Novice Road Championships.
The race starts in Gowran and finishes at Connolly’s Pub Dunbell. Transport will be available to bring participants back to Gowran after the race.
