Super running this morning from the Runs & Kofe crew at the Streets of Thurles 5km 2026 hosted by Thurles Crokes AC.
We had a total of 11 members out taking on the streets this morning.

Streets of Thurles 5km this Sunday 16th August.

Another fantastic Sunday morning out with the crew. We got a couple of miles 🏃‍♂️ in the legs on another sunny 🌞 Sunday. Its hard not to be out when the weather is like this.

But what really topped off the morning was arriving back to our usual spot .halo_ to find all these lovely treats laid out for us when we got back.🙏🙏 What a lovely surprise🫢

We couldn't be more thankful and extremely grateful to all the guys in Halo Ann Marie Doyle and all the crew for looking after us so well. It was completely unexpected but equally delicious, so thank you all so much from all of us Runs & Kofe crew.😋

Easy 5km routes, walk, jog or run, no pressure. Don't let the fear of feeling you can't or your unable to deter you from coming along. Everybody starts somewhere and everybody is more than capable. Remember, the hardest part is just turning up.

The most important thing is that your just getting involved no matter what your capabilities are. Like who really cares anyway. If it takes us 30 mins, 40 mins or 50 mins. Were all going for coffee ☕️☕️ and treats 🍪🧁anyway afterwards, cause let's face it, thats the real reason we go 🤣🤣
