A great Saturday morning at Roscrea Equestrian Centre for the training league. Super pleased with Hugo, some wobbly moments but learned loads and picked up his first SJI point! So lucky to have such a welcoming supportive venue so close to home ☺️

A great (but wet! 🌧) day in Thurles for the Five Stars Tour with both Earl and Hugo in the 1*. An unfortunate pole down for Earl over a small upright but much improved on last weekend! Hugo’s first ever jumping show, very well behaved, found the warm up very overwhelming !! So popped a few jumps then retired to give him a nice experience as there will be plenty of other days for him 🌟 Such a well organised show, thanks to everyone involved

Great morning at Roscrea Equestrian Centre with Hugo and Earl! Both ponies are improving every time out and I am looking forward to the season ahead with them. Super lucky to have such nice facilities so close to home 😊

We had a great afternoon with Earl and Hugo in Thurles having a school around the showjumps. Both ponies and rider thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it was nice to be back out and about! Looking forward to this season with both boys 😊

Typically just as things are going well and the boys are getting out jumping, Lockdown 2.0 happens! 🙈 Hugo and Earl are now enjoying some light work mixed with plenty of chilled days while we have nowhere to go and I am busy with college work 💆🏻♂️ Fingers crossed we will be able to get back out jumping and competing over the winter! 🤞🏻

Had a great couple of days taking the ponies schooling 😊 First up was Earl on Tuesday who went to the wonderful Ballycahane Equestrian for a cross country school. Safe to say both pony and rider had a bit of fun in the sunshine 🙈 Today it was Hugo’s turn in the not so wonderful weather and we went to Roscrea Equestrian Centre for some showjumping. It is so nice to have such great facilities so close to us for a bit of variety for horse and rider 😁
