International women's day didn't disappoint with these 5 women and Roisin (not in pic) finishing off two days sea kayak training in very tough conditions. We had force 5 winds, big surf on the beach and a very strong and messy tide race to deal with - hats off to everyone for putting in such hard work and great performances.

Hey all Barry Redmond is running a REC 3 first aid training course this Sat and Sun 10th 11th Jan in Wildwater Kayak club. He is a paddler and tailors things towards our specific needs.
