MNK U16 Championship 🏅🥈🥉
Yesterday Rodian and Stepan competed in Tallaght at the MNK U16 Championship where they both came home with medals! Rodian got gold in Kumite and silver in Kata and Stepan also received a bronze in Kata. We are all very proud of the two lads for representing the club so well and for embracing good sportsmanship and good competitive spirit. Well done lads!

Sensei Jason and Sensei Evan had another great 4 hour training session with Sensei Sakagami of JKF Wado Kai. The training consisted of kihon, kata and fighting techniques. Lots of stuff we can pass on to all our members! See you all next week!
