Best of luck to Cormac Finn from Ballymote Handball Club & Sligo Handball, who will compete in the All Ireland Softball Championship this Saturday in Croke Park.

Cormac will meet Westmeath opponent Robbie McCarty Jnr and the final will be live streamed on Sport TG 4 at 11.30am.

Cormac hopes to build on his recent great form after winning the Intermediate Softball Singles title last Tuesday evening. He is the 1st Sligo man to win an Intermediate singles competition and also the 1st person in Sligo to compete in the Senior All Ireland Softball Championship.

Congratulations Lorcan

Congratulations to Lorcan Foody who won a silver medal at the county handball competition today. He will now progress to the national finals.

Best of luck to Castleconnor Handball Club player Michael Browne who partners Hugh Slevin, representing Sligo in the Mens Silver Masters B Connacht Final in Collooney Handball Club this evening. They will meet Roscommon pairing Glen Walsh and Daragh O Gara. Their game starts at 9pm.

An earlier game scheduled for 8pm sees Sligo duo Clive Slevin and Josian Oskaz play Mayo in the Mens Golden Masters B Final.
