Half the kids who come will have trained for a year or less, others will know us very well.
We'll make sure everyone knows and supports each other. Our coaches will make sure everyone is challenged at the right level.
Come with your friends, make new ones!

A special mention for Bryan King, who stepped back onto the competition floor for the first time in nearly 20 years and walked away with a silver medal in Black Belt Veteran Patterns. That takes a particular kind of courage β and it's exactly what this sport is about.
And to every athlete who competed without a medal: competing is the hardest part. You showed up, you gave everything, and that matters.
We'll see you on the mat this week. π€π
