WHAT AN INCREDIBLE TWO WEEKS! ⚽🏆💚🖤
The final whistle has sounded on the Shankill FC Champions League 2026 — our biggest tournament ever.
More than 700 boys and girls filled Shanganagh Park with energy, excitement and smiles across two unforgettable weeks of sunshine.
There was brilliant football, fantastic goals, superb saves, dramatic finishes, extra time, penalty shoot outs and plenty of thrills and spills. Most importantly, the children had great fun, enjoyed being part of their teams, made new friends and created memories that will last a lifetime.
This year also marked a very special milestone with the introduction of our first-ever dedicated girls-only section. It was a huge success and an important step forward in the continued growth of girls’ football at Shankill FC.
Trophies were proudly lifted, medals were worn with huge smiles and every child who took part was a winner. Each player helped make the tournament the incredible success it was.
A huge thank-you to our committee members and volunteers, who gave countless hours to planning, organising and running the event. We also sincerely thank all our coaches, managers, referees and sponsors, whose support and commitment helped make the tournament possible.
Thank you as well to every parent, family member and supporter who brought such a positive atmosphere to Shanganagh Park throughout the two weeks.
Most of all, thank you to the 700-plus boys and girls who made the Shankill FC Champions League 2026 so special.

The Champions League may be over for another year, but children can continue enjoying the Shankill FC football experience every week as part of our Panthers Academy & Girls Academy.
