Return to training dates listed below.
Please note, groups remain the same as pre-summer and you will return to the same time and group. If unsure please contact your coach or any committee member.
Additional sessions in Mote Park on Sunday mornings and event specific training in TUS on Thursdays will be posted in parent groups.
We are receiving a high number of of enquiries about waiting lists at the moment - these have been reviewed and any available spots have been allocated ahead of our return to training this September.
Unfortunately due to limited availability of coaches and facilities at this time lists remain for the younger age groups in particular. Please reach out directly if you are in a position to help. We hope to review lists again in January at annual renewal time. The club will support you with training and education.

Big weekend in Carlow for Roscommon AC athletes.
We had a total of 21 club members taking part in a the National Community Games Track & Field finals in SETU Carlow over the weekend.
We saw some fantastic individual and team performances across the board with each of our young athletes happily giving their all, and representing the parish and county with pride.
A massive congratulations must go to Andrew Nolan, representing Co Longford, who took GOLD in the u16 boys discus with a winning throw of 48.70.
The U16 Girls relay team from Roscommon Kilteevan took silver in a blistering 4x100 race, with a stunning team performance taking them to second place and just missing the gold by a whisker.
Team members: Juliette Fallon, Emily Gately, Muireann Mulry, Ciarra Keane, Sarah Kelly & Alise Valdmane.
Emily O Brien took to the track in the sweltering heat on Sunday for the u10 girls 60m hurdles. Having won both her heat and semi in style, Emily had a strong run in the final taking SILVER.
A fantastic weekend all round. Well done to all our athletes and thank you to parents and coaches.
