Join our coached indoor rowing programme starting 28 September:
- 2 x 1‑hour sessions per week on ergs
- Expert coaching and support, all levels welcome
- Option to progress to two on‑water sessions on the Barrow (subject to NRBC swim test, tides & T&Cs)

Perfect if you want real coaching, clear progression, and efficient workouts that fit around your week.

Proud day for the club as Anna Brennan represented Ireland at the Home International Regatta 🇮🇪
Anna was a member of the women’s 4x- crew which finished 3rd against strong English and Welsh crews, but later in the day Anna returned with the same crew to win the women's 4x- sprint in a close finish over an strong England quad.
Huge well done also to former member Ronan Gibbons, now with Queen’s University, on winning his U23 men’s 2- with clear water over the Welsh crew.
