What an incredibly proud moment for Mullingar and all of Westmeath.

A massive congratulations to Caoilfhinn Ní Choiligh, who has been crowned the 2026 Rose of Tralee! 👑🌹

We had the pleasure of welcoming Caoilfhinn to KCS before she headed for Tralee, and to now see her return home as the Rose of Tralee makes these photos all the more special.

Caoilfhinn represented Westmeath with such warmth, confidence and honesty. Her openness in sharing her journey with alopecia, and the way she used her moment on stage to encourage others to embrace who they are, was incredibly powerful.

To see a Mullingar woman standing on that stage and being crowned the 2026 Rose of Tralee was a very special moment for our town and county.
