Get your family into the car (or on your bikes ) and take part in this free event to mark National Recreation Week. The first 30 Familes to register on the morning will get a "Get Active Pack" ( 1 per Family) and everyone who registers will be entered into a draw to win one of four family memberships to Belvedere House Gardens & Park valued at €145 each . In addition to the free draw there will also be free tea/coffee for all participants

Having completed the 4 week training programme the students were awarded their certificates and cycling helmets by County Manager Mr Danny McLoughllin .

This 30K Leisure Spin takes place this Sunday the 15th of July. It leaves The Downs GAA pitch at 12.00 midday arriving back at approximately 2.00pm. We will be having a tea coffe break at the 15K mark so this spin is doable for all fitness levels. Bikes and helmets are available for use on the day , just ring us on 044 93 90208 to book them. Weather is forecast to be sunny so why not rope in a few friends and/or family and give it a go :-)
