The knee joint is one of the weakest parts of the human body. Therefore, injuries are quite common. These can be damage to the meniscus, ligaments, tendons at their attachment points, or the muscles themselves, as well as degenerative and age-related changes.

In my studio , during training, if necessary, I apply knee exercises without overloading while standing, and I also teach clients self-strength stability exercises, which are important to perform regularly for a better balance, strength and Cordination!

And, of course, exercises are so important. They strengthen the muscles and ligaments that stabilize the knee joint, improve tissue blood circulation and, most importantly, do not burden problem areas with axial load.
Sometimes knee pain occurs due to muscle imbalance. Therefore, it is important to work comprehensively and strengthen the whole body!

Stronger hamstrings stabilize the knee and hip joints, improve athletic performance by increasing explosive power, prevent lower back pain, and make daily movements like climbing stairs or standing up much easier!

Because hamstrings cross both the hip and knee joints, strengthening them balances out the muscles at the front of your legs (quadriceps). This improves pelvic alignment, posture, and reduces chronic lower back and knee pain!

Malaga. Estepona. 8am gym on the dot! 1st day!

Its like you going to work in the morning- Im going to my work!

Running classes or doing Personal training it doesn't mean you dont have to be fit!

If you cant do it - dont expect your clients can!

Small gym but there's no bad gym for people with good motivation, consistency and discipline!
