T45 Jiujitsu

Congrats to everyone who picked up stripes and belts last night.

Serious work went into every one of them - great to see the progress across the whole room.

After an amazing Summer on the mats for our Little Ninjas, Juveniles and Teens, we’ve decided to cap it all off with something a little different!

Sat 29th August, we’ll be hosting a Games Night, full of different board games, snacks, treats and loads of craic! It’ll also be a great chance for all of our Kids Team to meet those from different training and age groups!

We’ll also have some refreshments and chill space downstairs for all the parents/guardians to relax, chat and catch up with each other. It’s also a great opportunity to ask the coaches any questions you might have about training/competing/jiu-jitsu in general ☺️

Spots must be booked and paid advance via Team Up or at reception. This is to make sure we can organise the evening safely and effectively for everyone - that we have enough games (and age appropriate ones), enough snacks and appropriate supervision for the numbers.

Members may bring their own games AT THEIR OWN RISK - we cannot guarantee that damage/loss will not occur.

Cian was one of the very first kids to join our programme when it started, and he’s turned into someone who’s a massive boost to the mats whenever he’s on them. Always willing to help the people he trains with, and always with a smile on his face.

Rolling Start is our beginners course, built for adults (16+) starting from absolute zero - no experience, no fitness requirement, no idea what a gi is. That’s the whole point.

You’ll learn alongside a small group who are all on night one too. Every black belt on our mats started somewhere so you might as well start here
