I’m delighted to share some exciting news!

I have successfully completed the Horses Connect Equine Assisted Personal Development Coaching course.

This has been an incredibly rewarding learning journey, deepening my understanding of how horses can support personal growth, self-awareness, and positive change. I’m excited to announce that Equine Assisted Personal Development (EAPD) Coaching is now available as part of our services as well as Therapeutic Riding and Equine Assisted Wellbeing coaching.

Equine Assisted Personal Development is a unique, ground-based coaching approach where horses become partners in the learning process. Horses naturally respond to our body language, emotions, and intentions, offering honest, immediate, and non-judgemental feedback. Through carefully guided experiences with the horses, participants have the opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, confidence, communication skills, emotional resilience, leadership, and healthy relationships.

No horse experience or riding is required. The focus isn’t on horsemanship—it’s on discovering new insights about yourself in a calm, supportive environment, with the horses helping to reflect what words alone sometimes cannot.

I’m looking forward to bringing this evidence-informed approach to our community and supporting children, young people, and adults on their own personal development journeys.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Horses Connect for their knowledge, encouragement, and inspiration throughout the course. I can’t wait to begin this next chapter and share the incredible benefits of Equine Assisted Personal Development Coaching with you all.

We are fully qualified & insured to provide Therapeutic Riding Coaching and Equine Assisted Wellbeing Coaching certified through professionally accredited training establishments. All our team and any volunteers are all Garda Vetted and have Safe Guarding training completed as required.

Sometimes the biggest achievements aren’t the loudest.

They are the child who sings a lullaby to their pony when they think it’s scared about something. The teenager who finds the confidence to try something new. The adult who leaves a session smiling after weeks of feeling overwhelmed. The rider who sits a little taller, takes a few more independent steps, or simply enjoys a moment of peace.

These moments happen because of a unique partnership between people and horses.

On , we’re celebrating the incredible difference Equine Assisted Services make every single day. Horse don’t judge, they don’t rush, and they meet each person exactly where they are. Together, they help build confidence, resilience, physical strength, communication, trust and joy.

We’re so grateful to every participant, family member, volunteer and, of course, our wonderful equine team. Thank you for being part of this journey and for reminding us that progress doesn’t always come in giant leaps—sometimes it arrives one quiet hoofbeat at a time. 🐴💙
