Ive been very lucky to now have a full time job once again in doing this work, even luckier to have many yogis attend my classes on a weekly basis, some attending up to 3/4 times a week. I completed my Hatha Yoga teacher training in cork in 2010 and then went on to do my kids yoga teacher training with Rainbow kids in Dublin, 8 years ago....Im also a fully qualified Yin Yoga instructor, where I trained under Josh Summers in Cork years back and qualified in my Prenatal Yoga teaching in London in the same year. I regularly freshen up my own practice by attending many workshops in different styles of yoga (my personal favourite being vinyasa style flow classes) in many countries,most recently being blessed to have travelled to Bali for teaching, training, recreation and amazing times. I first started teaching in Cork City before the urge to open my Midleton yoga studio in the summer of 2010, where I thought yoga for adults, kids yoga, hot yoga, yin yoga and prenatal too. All of which will now be brought to Laughing Buddha 2 in Carrigtwohill. I also teach freelance groups and private sessions with rugby,soccer and cycling teams, aswel as teaching in peoples homes and corporate workplaces
