Starting on the 1st of September, we’re running a six-week beginner martial arts course for children aged 6–12.

🥊 Kickboxing — Mondays at 16:00
🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — Fridays at 16:00

Kids will learn striking, footwork, grappling and practical self-defence while building confidence, focus and discipline.

No experience is needed. Everything is taught step by step in a safe and supportive environment.

Choose both martial arts for €90, or one discipline for €60.

Starting Sunday, 13 September, we’re running a six-week No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu course for adult beginners.

🥋 Sundays at 11:00
No experience is needed. You’ll learn the fundamentals of BJJ step by step in a friendly and supportive environment.
Two classes a week for six weeks — €90.
