Fittest Irish Teacher (FIT) is a mixed discipline competition which will challenge fitness buffs while at the same time remaining accessible to anyone up for a laugh and a good time. FIT is split into 3 parts
• 5km run
• An obstacle course
• 2.5km run
FIT offers two competitions
• Individual competition
• Team Competition ( 2 per team)
It is open to teachers from the primary and secondary sectors
