Great to see our former clubman, Sean Kelly, in great form coming on as a sub for his Irish national team debut in the u16s first game against Wales. Sean was on from the start for the second leg, playing a key role in Ireland’s win in that second tie.
Superb achievement for Sean - massive congratulations to Sean and all his family on a great honour to represent his country on an international stage. We’ve no doubt we will see Sean staring in the green jersey in years to come!

Ireland’s U16 squad has been named for next week’s double-header against Wales! 🇮🇪 and it includes our very own SEAN KELLY! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Huge congratulations to Sean who receives the international call up from Ireland Lead Coach Keith O’Halloran as this superbly talented group come together for their first camp at U16 level.

Currently with Galway United, Sean started his young footballing career at Castle United. He developed into a fine young player over his 7 years at the club and ww are immensely proud to see him go on to receive a call up for national duty.
