The Sports & Social Club is a registered limited company and is governed by a Constitution which is available on request to any Member of the club.

Members of the Committee are in effect Directors of the Company i.e. the Sports & Social Club. The Committee is made up of up to 13 Members. There are 4 Officers Chairperson, Secretary and 2 Joint Treasurers – a Committee Member must spend at least one year on the Committee to be eligible to become an Officer. Funding
