Home from two nights on the Great Blasket Island with this incredible bunch of women. Sometimes trips end up being women-only unintentionally, and this one felt like we were all just meant to be there together 🥹 a mix of all ages, stages & walks of life joined together to share a special few days ❤️

We watched sunsets, cooked together, ate together, drank a silly amount of tea, learned about the lives of the islanders, lit candles when the sun went down, got into fits of giggles before bedtime, swam in the sea, watched the seals, celebrated two birthdays, lit fires, hiked to the highest point of the island, took so many photos & shared so many special conversations and moments together. All the while knowing how incredibly lucky we are to have this experience of sinking into island life for a couple of days. It's impossible not to feel reverence and a connection to the people who lived their lives on this island, when we are literally walking in their footsteps. What an honour 💚

This was the fourth Soul Stuff Adventures group trip to the Blaskets - two last summer and two this summer. It's my favourite trip to do & I love it even more the more I visit & the more I see how other people experience it. It's impossible to describe how truly special this place is ✨️

Thank you so much to Aisling and Conor, this year's caretakers. We hope you enjoy your last couple of weeks on the island 🫶🏼 and to Alice and Billy & the boatmen for getting us there and back safely every time. See you next year! The Great Blasket Island

Really missed waking up with the gals this morning ❤️

Yesterday, the team headed into the mountains in search of wild brown bears 🐻 definitely one of the highlights of our hiking trip in Slovakia!! 🤩

Martin, our wildlife guide and bear expert, took us along the trails to look out for tracks, bear-markings on trees & other signs of activity before settling at observation spots with binoculars to patiently scan the mountains 👀

Amazing seeing the bears in their natural habitat 😍 congrats to the team on a successful bear-watching mission 🙌🏼😍

Join us for four nights in Morocco as Soul Stuff takes on Mount Toubkal (4,167m), the highest peak in North Africa 🌍

Our journey begins in the vibrant city of Marrakech before heading into the High Atlas Mountains for three days hiking. Accompanied by experienced local mountain guides, we'll trek through traditional Berber villages, stay in a mountain refuge beneath the summit, and rise early for summit day. Reaching the top rewards us with breathtaking panoramic views stretching across the Atlas Mountains and beyond - sounds GLORIOUS TO US! 🤩✨️

After descending, we'll enjoy a well-earned evening back in Marrakech, where you can soak up the city's colourful streets, bustling souks, and incredible food before flying home the next day 💚 an epic adventure all with a friendly and supportive Soul Stuff crew! 🥰

ITINERARY:
Day 1: Arrival to Marrakesh. Transfer to Riad in Marrakech
Day 2: Marrakesh - Imlil transfer. 4 hours walking. Overnight in guesthouse
Day 3: Imlil Village - Toubkal Refuge. 5 hours walking. Overnight in Toubkal Refuge
Day 4: Toubkal Refuge - Toubkal Summit - Marrakesh. 8-9 hours walking. Transfer back to Marrakesh. Overnight in Riad in Marrakesh
Day 5: Departure day

•Four nights accommodation - two nights Marrakesh, one night Imlil guest house & one night Toubkal Refuge

My favourite thing is seeing how friendships made through Soul Stuff evolve & grow outside of our events 🥹

Another year, another massive Soul Stuff crew who camped together, danced together, sang together, glittered together, ran through fields together at ATN over the weekend 🤩✨️ there was also so many pics on Instagram the past few days of people who've met on Soul Stuff trips bumping into each other in the field 🥹

Soul Stuff started with me creating opportunities for people (and for myself) to meet new people on the mountains.. but seeing friendships continue long after the hike ends, with weekends away being planned, travelling around the world together, celebrating birthdays, jobs, new houses & engagements together, attending weddings & festivals 🥹🥹🫶🏼

Yes it's about the adventures but it's even more so about the people you meet because of them. There is SO MUCH to gain by saying yes to an adventure ❤️‍🔥

There wasn't a dry eye in Ireland yesterday watching Mayo's incredible win after a 75-year drought 🥹💚❤️

Mayo is one of our FAVOURITE counties in Ireland - we've done plenty of group trips there the past few years & have made so many memories 🥹✨️ it's a county that has it all - world-class beaches, amazing mountains.. it's a playground for adventure enthusiasts ❤️‍🔥 We are absolutely thrilled for all Mayo people today - what a time to be from Mayo!!!
