Want a few hours just for you?
Join us on Wednesday 17th at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Limerick.
Arrive any time between 10.30am and 12.00 to use the sauna/steam room/ outdoor hot tub. At midday I will deliver a private session of Aqua Yoga, afterwards we will have lunch and chats.
My Aqua Yoga classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, balance, strength, and relaxation in the supportive environment of water.
Using both the natural buoyancy and resistance of the water, we take a curious approach to movement. Exploring options that may not be available on land.
Each session blends gentle yoga inspired exercises with short meditative and mind body practices.
Suitable for a wide range of abilities, the classes offer both a restorative and energising experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

We had an amazing start to our summer sessions Ballina Riverside Pool!!
The rain stayed away, the tunes were hopping, the ladies were on fire!!! Class is fully booked with a waiting list.
Paddy the manager has offered another session at 7.30 on Wednesdays, so let's fill the pool!!!
