Congratulations to Diarmuid Mullins and his Limerick Minor team on their All Ireland win!

Many thanks to Robert Kenneally from JJ Kenneally Jewelers in Wickham St for donating a trophy to the Pig n' Porter! The cup will be presented to the winners every year.

It was also fantastic to have one of our past Presidents & local city councillor for Limerick City East, Peter Doyle along with party colleague Minister of State for Older People and Housing in the Department of Health and Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Kieran O'Donnell TD on site to receive the trophy from Robert along with current Vice President Peter Shelley

Old Crescent RFC is proud to announce the return of Senior Women’s Rugby for the 2026/27 season.

Built on the success of our girls’ pathway from U6 to U18, this team will create opportunities for players to develop, compete and build lifelong friendships.

As the first Limerick club to win the All-Ireland League, we’re excited to inspire the next generation of women’s rugby in Limerick.

Whether you’re an experienced player, returning to the game, or trying rugby for the first time, we’d love to hear from you.

Our 6th session of GIAT wont be going ahead due to the rather inclement weather conditions! We will reconvene next Thursday night for the last session before we take a break and reconvene towards the end of August!

Our Youths (Boys & Girls) from U13 up to U18.5 were awarded Player of the Year awards at our recent Club Awards Night held in the Clubhouse. Presentations were made by a coach at each age level along with President for the 2025/26 Season, Liam Keehan.

Its crucial that we celebrate those players who contributed the most to the ethos and spirit of rugby in Old Crescent & Munster Rugby!

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Cheltenham, US Masters and US PGA Championship Fundraisers over the past few months.
