Getting in shape at 40 is harder than it is at 20, for sure.

The stress & responsibility of working to keep a roof over your family is far more likely to be the reason you found yourself out of shape…

Than anything to do with your metabolism.

Your metabolism will stay pretty consistent for the rest of your life.

But your eating, drinking & exercise habits may not.

That right there is why men who effortlessly stayed in shape in their 20’s..

Struggle with their weight in their 30’s & 40’s.

The good news is you’re not helpless.

The weather is great this week and so you should be able to enjoy it.

But enjoying the weekend doesn’t mean you need to blow the t**s off your calories for the week.

Make sensible choices where sensible choices can easily be made.

You can get lean as a man eating more than 2000 calories.

BUT…

If you want to get SHREDDED.

And I mean D*CK SKIN SHREDDED…

Where you’re walking around the pool in Ibiza with a chiseled set of abs…

You’re very likely going to have to eat less than 2000 calories.

Most men will never achieve this.

Because for one reason or another..

They think their energy needs are far beyond ever needing to eat less than a woman.

But I’m sorry to say unless you’re a 6 foot plus man mountain…

Or doing an exceptional amount of activity each day..

The clearest way for you time achieve the 6 pack that’s always alluded to you.

Will be, at some stage of the dieting process, to drop calories below the 2000 mark.

For most, this will be later on down the line after losing a chunk of weight to begin with.

But if you’re on the smaller side, it might come earlier than you think.
