☀️💚 Wellness Packs for Our Older People’s Clubs 💚☀️
While our regular club meetings are taking a summer break, Northside FRC wanted to make sure our older people are still feeling connected, supported and cared for.
We were delighted to deliver some lovely wellness packs to our older people’s clubs, filled with little treats to enjoy during the summer months. 🌸🧩☕️
A small gesture to remind our wonderful older community that we’re thinking of them and looking forward to seeing everyone back at the clubs soon! 💚

Leaving cert results are nearly here. Support is available for students and parents.
Each year, the Irish Second-Level Students’ Union (ISSU), Institute of Guidance Counsellors (IGC), National Parents Council (NPC) and Department of Education and Youth work together to provide the National Parents and Students Leaving Certificate Helpline.
The Helpline opens on Leaving Certificate Results Day – Friday 21 August and is staffed by professional and experienced guidance counsellors.
Students and parents can get practical information and support on:
📋 Leaving Certificate results
🎓 CAO choices
📄 Viewing examination scripts
📝 Appeals
🛠️ Apprenticeships
📚 Further Education and Training (FET)
🏫 Tertiary programmes
➡️ Other pathways and next steps
In addition the text service 📱is also continuing for 2026, alongside the traditional phone service. It gives students and parents another way to get support, particularly for anyone who feels more comfortable starting the conversation by text.
Whether you’re waiting for your own results or supporting a young person through Results Week, you don’t need to have every answer in advance. If something is unclear, the Helpline is there to help you understand the options and work out what comes next.
