St Francis Boxing Club

The club will reopen Monday 24th of August, The first week will be for out returning boxers only and then we can evaluate how many places in each class we will have to bring new members onboard.
Any boxers looking for transfers will have to complete these before August 31st.

Sophie Cronin collected her fourth national title over the weekend.
Just reward for the effort Sophie showed in the build up to this championship.
She will now get the chance to train with the Irish under 15 team in the coming weeks in an effort to put herself in contention for upcoming international competitions.

Another top win by Martin Mc Donagh today to take his place in tomorrows national under 15 championships.
Martin picked his shots extremly well across the three rounds against a very good opponent from Galway for a deserved win.
He joins Sophie Cronin weighing in for tomorrows championship bouts.
Huge shoutout to Leon and Donagh. First time for both at national level both making the last four and today both boxed extremly talented and experienced Irish champions and gave as good as the got before succumbing to points losses..A huge amount to build on.

Two great wins for Donagh and Martin in the 1/4 finals of the national championships tonight.
Both came through tough bouts against very good lads to join clubmate Leon Moynihan in tomorrows semi final bouts.
